本研究は，小・中学生を対象とした学習効果と学習カリキュラムの適正さを評価できる機能を持った地震防災教育用のコンピュータソフトウェアの開発を行った．学習とカリキュラムの評価にあたっては，教育工学で利用されるS−P表やS−P曲線，注意係数を導入した．そして，小・中学校で児童・生徒に実際に使用してもらい，開発したソフトの評価を行った．その結果、本ソフトウェアを使用することによって小・中学生の学習効果を評価することができた．さらに，学習カリキュラム中の不適切な箇所を見い出すこともできた．

This paper presents the development of computer software for earthquake preparedness education for an elementary and junior high school students. To evaluate a learning effect and contents of the curriculum about earthquake preparedness education, We introduced S-P score table, S-P curve and Caution Index. Furthermore we distributed the software to an elementary and junior high school in Ube city to evaluate the software. As a result, we could judgement understanding earthquake preparedness by comparing the shapes of S and P curves and Caution Index before and after the use of the software.
