自然斜面の地震時崩壊危険度の統計的評価

回帰解析に準じたプロビットモデルを使い、広域に分布する自然斜面を対象として地震時斜面崩壊確率を評価するFragility Curveを統計的に求めた。崩壊に関与する要因として、地震動に加え比高角、地質、水系を考慮した。崩壊事例としては、伊豆半島沖地震(1974)、伊豆大島近海地震(1978)の2地震を対象とし、評価手法の適用性の検討と共に、各要因の斜面崩壊への寄与度について検討を行った。斜面崩壊のような様々な要因が影響する場合、本手法は簡便且つ効果的である。

Using a probit model based on regression analysis, fragility curves (F.C.) for the slope failure probabilities during earthquake were evaluated. For the evaluation of F.C., earthquake motion level, geological features, relative height and water system were considered as factors of slope failure risk. Izu peninsula earthquake(1974) and Izu-Oshima-kinkai earthquake(1978) were used as failure samples, the applicability of proposal method and the contribution of each factor to slope failure were studied. In conclusion, proposed model was useful and efficient as for complicated phenomena such a slope failure.
