タイトル（和）：	北国の地方都市における地震防災計画その2　1994年三陸はるか沖地震における住宅被害と表層地盤特性
抄録（和）：	地域の地震防災を検討するためには大地震時における被害と地盤条件との関係を把握しておくことは必須である。地盤にはそれぞれの地域特有のものも多く、その震害状況も地域の特性を持つ。従って、その地域の過去の被害調査を綿密に行う必要がある。本研究は1994年三陸はるか沖地震において多くの被害を被ったハ戸市を事例にして表層地盤特性−地盤の卓越周期、表層軟弱地盤層厚−と住宅被害との関係を検討したものである。

抄録（英）：	The relation between characteristic of the damage and foundation at the time of a big earthquake need to be got grasped, to examine an earthquake disaster prevention of an area. There is a unique thing to a foundation in each area. Even a characteristic of earthquake damage receive an influence to a characteristic of an area. Accordingly, a survey of the damage by an earthquake in the past of the area need to be carried out scrupulously. Many damage were received in Hachinohe city with the 1994 Sanriku-Haruka-Oki-Earthquaku. This research is the one that examined the relation between residence damage and characteristic of sub surface layer of Hachinohe city. Especially. it perceived with the predominant period and the thickness of soft bed of a foundation.
