タイトル（和）：	地域特性を考慮した都市に潜在する地震災害危険度の評価手法
抄録（和）：	本研究では、従来の被害想定で用いられてきた地盤・地形特性、用途・高さ・築年等別の建物特性、耐火造・建ぺい率・空地等の市街地特性、等の都市のミクロな視点に立った地域特性のみならず、都市の地勢・地理的状況、活断層の分布状況、過去の地震災害・有感地震の発生状況、風・気温・積雪量等の気候状況、建築構法の地域特性、港湾・空港等の市街地からの距離、現在の土地利用状況と過去のそれとの関係等に代表される都市拡大状況、等の都市のマクロな視点に立った地域特性も考慮し、地震災害危険度を様々な側面から見た都市の地震災害危険度の評価手法を提案した。また、地域特性を考慮した上記手法に基づき評価した都市の地震災害危険度評価の研究事例も紹介した。

タイトル（英）：	POTENTIAL SEISMIC RISK ASSESSMENT OF URBAN CITIES CONSIDERING THEIR REGIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
抄録（英）：	This study proposed a methodology to evaluate potential seismic risks of urban cities considering their regional characteristics. Regional characteristics included macro information such as topography, climate(wind speeds, snow falls, temperate, etc), location of active faults, regionally dependent building types, experience of past seismic disasters, inter-city traffic system, background history of urban development, etc as well as micro information such as soil conditions, buildings conditions, roads, open-space, building to land rate, etc. The methodology was applied to typical urban cities in japan, and its applicability to assess the potential seismic risk was also discussed herein.
