兵庫県南部地震による被害を踏まえた街路閉塞シミュレーションに関する研究

本研究は、兵庫県南部地震による街路閉塞の発生状況を踏まえ、これを再現する簡易なモデルを構築し、今後発生し得る地震に対する被害を予測評価することを目的としたものである。本研究では、街路閉塞の発生を気象庁震度階 (旧) に基づく地震動強さと街路幅員によりモデル化し、これによる予測結果を既往の研究における実測状況と比較、概ね一致していることを確認した。さらに、本研究のモデルを他の地域へ適用し、これにより臨港都市での地震災害に対する総合的な対応方策の検討の一部となり得ることを示した。

The purpose of this paper was to simulate the condition of street blockages caused by Hyougoken-Nanbu earthquake and to forecast the condition by future earthquake. In this paper, the condition was estimated by earthquake intensity and street width in the proposed model. The calculated result of proposed model was almost the same as the condition that had been surveyed at previous study caused by Hyougoken-Nanbu earthquake. Furthermore, the calculated result of forecasting the condition of street blockage at another area was showed.
