本研究は，兵庫県南部地震の被災直後から様々な輸送モードにより行われた救援活動の実態に関して統一的な分析を行うとともに，震災直後の対応をパターン化することにより，今後の防災計画策定の際に必要とされる視点を提案することを目的としたものである．本研究では，輸送モードとして，トラックにより行われた陸上輸送，船舶により行われた海上輸送，航空機により行われた航空輸送を対象にするとともに，緊急物資輸送のみならず人流に関しても分析を行った結果，それぞれが顕著な特徴を有していたことを示す．さらに，震災後の同一の時間軸でのパターン化が，今後の防災計画の策定等に有意であることを示す．

The purpose of this study was to analyze the rescue work by various modes of transportation after Hyougoken-Nanbu earthquake. The result of this study is very useful for making a plan for prevention systems. In this study, the subject of analysis were the land transportation by truck, the marine transportation by ship and the air transportation by airplane and included not only carrying cargo but also movement of people. The amount of cargo and the number of people by each transportation mode, patternized on the same span of time, showed the characteristics respectively.
