タイトル（和）：	兵庫県南部地震における免震建物の観測記録と応答解析の比較
抄録（和）：	本論では、兵庫県南部地震時に、神戸市内の免震建物(震源距離、約35km)において地震計により計測された応答データ群に2次的処理を施すことにより、免震建物のロッキング応答、捩れ応答性状についての分析を行うとともに、積層ゴムの上下方向の変形量に対する検証を行っている。その結果、ロッキング応答、捩れ応答ともに、極めて小さいものであることがわかった。一方、観測データから再現された免震層の上下方向の変形量から、積層ゴムの軸力変動を直接的に導き出すことは困難であることがわかった。そこで、基礎部で得られた観測波形を入力波として用い、免震建物の水平、上下方向の応答解析を行った。その結果、上下方向の応答については、減衰定数を調整することにより、解析結果に観測波形との極めて近い整合を見た。以上の検証結果を踏まえ、観測データに基づく積層ゴムの上下方向変位波形に適当なフィル夕処理を施したところ、解析結果と極めて良い整合性が得られた。この結果に基づき、積層ゴムの軸力変動については、少なくとも引張り領域には至っていないものと考察するに至った。

タイトル（英）：	ANALYTICAL INVESTIGATIONS FOR SEISMIC RESPONSE OF BASE-ISOLATED BUILDING OBSERVED ON HYOGOKEN NAMBU EARTHQUAKE
抄録（英）：	Analytical investigations for seismic response records observed on a base-isolated building during Hyogo-ken Nambu Earthquake in 1995 are operated in detail. The base-isolated building has been located on about 35km distance from the seismic center. By converting observed response records of the base-isolated building, the estimations for the following two items are emphasized: 1) rotational behavior such as rocking response and torsional response, 2) vertical deformations of base-isolators. To examine accordance of structural parameter of the base-isolated building on the initial design, numerical analyses are executed. Both horizontal and vertical seismic behaviors are estimated. Through considerations for observed records, it is assured that rotational response of the base-isolated building are very small. Moreover, it was found that vertical axial force of base-isolators can be evaluated by verifying observed records from comparison with numerical results.
