タイトル(和): 常時微動測定と地震観測に基づくSRC進16階建て建物の振動特性
抄録(和): SRC造16階建て建物の常時微動測定と地震観測に基づき,それぞれの場合の振動特性を述べ,常時微動時の振動特性と地震時の振動特性の関係を述べる.対象地震は,最近2年間の宇都宮での震度がII〜IV程度のものである.固有振動数については,地震時は常時微動時に対し約10%小さくなり,また建物内での観測加速度が大きくなるほど小さくなる,振幅依存性の傾向が見られた.減衰定数については,地震時は常時微動時に比べ,最大で2倍程度大きくなる傾向が見られた.常時微動時のスウェイ率,ロッキング率は,併せても10%程度と小さい事,地震時の地下2階と建物最上階での最大加速度の増幅率は,水平方向で1.1〜3.3,上下方向で1.6〜3.1で,水平方向の増幅率のばらつきが大きい事が分かった.

タイトル(英): DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF SRC BUILDING OF 16 STORIES BASED ON MICROTREMOR MEASUREMENT AND EARTHQUAKE OBSERVATION
抄録(英): This paper describes the dynamic characteristics of SRC building of 16 stories based on microtremor measurements and earthquake observations. The earthquakes treated in this study were mainly observed fom 1996 to 1998. The natural frequency during earthquake becomes about 10% smaller than that of microtremor. The damping constant during earthquake becomes about twice as large as that of microtremor. The swaying and the rocking ratio is at most 10%. This means the ground deformation is quite small. The amplification factors between ground floor and 16th floor during earthquake are about 1.1 ~3.3 in horizontal component and 1.6~3.1 in vertical component.
