タイトル（和）：	建築物の性能設計における目標耐震性能に関する研究
抄録（和）：	本研究では、現行の基準法により設計された建築物の耐震性能水準を確率論的な尺度を用いて定量的に評価することを目的とする。まず現行の基準法における設計地震力のレベルを再現期間や超過確率で考える。次に、現行の基準法により設計された建築物に対して、地震動の不確定性を考慮した弾塑性応答解析を行い、建築物の耐震性能を信頼性指標βや年超過確率Pfにより定量的に明らかにする。また、得られた値を他の研究や基準類における設計値と比較することで、性能設計における目標耐震性能の水準をどの程度にすべきかを議論する。

タイトル（英）：	TARGET SEISMIC PERFORMANCE LEVEL OF BUILDING STRUCTURES IN PERFORMANCE-BASED DESIGN
抄録（英）：	The objective of this paper is to evaluate the seismic performance of the buildings which are designed according to the current design code in Japan using probabilistic measures. Firstly, the level of design earthquake is considered in terms of the return period. Then, the seismic performance of the buildings designed in accordance with the current code is evaluated by the nonlinear earthquake response analysis considering the uncertainties of earthquake ground motions. Finally, by comparing with the obtained results with the results of other studies, we discuss about the level of seismic performance in the performance-based design code.
