タイトル（和）：	兵庫県南部地震による神戸ポートアイランド理立地盤の液状化および地盤改良に関する考察
抄録（和）：	本研究は兵庫県南部地震による神戸ポートアイランド埋立地盤の液状化現象と地盤改良による地震応答性状の変化を扱うものである。ここではサイクリックモビリティを考慮したー次元有効応力解析を行っており、地盤のモデル化にはPS検層によるせん断波速度の他は、N値のようなー般的地質調査結果を用いるものである。本解析による地震応答結果は実測記録とよいー致を示すことから本解析の妥当性を確認し、液状化する本地盤の地震応答性状について考察した。さらに当埋立地盤の地震応答に対するN値の影響についての考察を行い、N値が増加すれば液状化は抑制され、地盤の変形分布はー様化するとともに地盤のひずみも低減するといった効果を生じることが分かった。

タイトル（英）：	INVESTIGATION ON LIQUEFACTION DURING HYOUGOKEN NANBU EARTHQUAKE AND IMPROVEMENT OF SOFT GROUND IN RECLAIMED MAN-MADE ISLAND OF KOBE PORT ISLAND
抄録（英）：	Liquefaction during Hyougoken Nanbu Earthquake and improvement of soft ground in Reclaimed Man-made Island of Kobe Port Island are dealt with in this study. The analysis is based on the effective stress analysis method considering cyclic mobility and is one-dimensional type. For the model of ground, soil parameters such as N-values obtained by common soil exploration except for shear wave velocity by PS logging. Analytical results showed significant match to the observed records and the behavior of this reclaimed ground under earthquake is investigated. Further, the effect of SPT N value on the earthquake response is investigated and it is confirmed that liquefaction is protected and strain of the ground is reduced as the N value increases.
