タイトル（和）：	神戸ポートアイランドにおける地震応答解析と簡易液状化判定
抄録（和）：	1995年兵庫県南部地震では、神戸ポートアイランドやその他の埋立地のいたるところで液状化が生じたが、地盤改良を実施したほとんどの地点では液状化によって生じる噴砂が認められなかった。ここでは、神戸ポートアイランドの地盤改良地点と未改良地点における地震時挙動を明らかにする目的で、両地点の地震応答解析と簡易液状化判定を行った。検討には、観測された強震鉛直アレー記録、地盤改良地点と未改良地点で凍結サンプリングによって採取された供試体の試験結果を用いた。地震応答解析は重複反射理論に基づくー次元等価線形解析を実施し、解析結果は観測記録と比較的良くー致した。また、地盤改良地点の検討結果より、GL‐6m程度以深の埋土層では液状化が生じた可能性が高いことが推察された。

タイトル（英）：	SEISMIC RESPONSE ANALYSIS AND SIMPLIFIED LIQUEFACTION EVALUATION AT KOBE PORT ISLAND
抄録（英）：	Numerous instances of liquefaction occurred in Kobe Port Island and other areas of reclaimed land during the 1995 Hyogoken-Nanbu earthquake. However no occurrences of sand boil resulting from liquefaction were found in almost all the improved areas. In order to estimate ground motion behavior of an improved site and an unimproved site during the earthquake, seismic response analysis and simplified liquefaction evaluation at both sites were carried out in this study. The seismic response analysis used strong motion vertical array records that were obtained at Kobe Port Island. The ground parameters were determined by test results using undisturbed specimens obtained from an improved site and an unimproved site.
