アンケート調査に基づく兵庫県南部地震の大阪府域におけるサイト特性

大阪府域を対象として実施された1995年兵庫県南部地震のアンケート震度調査結果を用いて，まず，震度分布に現れている見かけの震源特性，伝播経路特性を求めた。続いて，これらの特性から平均的な震度を求め，これとアンケート震度との差を取ることでサイト特性を評価し，平均的な震度より高震度あるいは低震度となった地域を抽出した。さらに，断層モデルに基づく強震動シミュレーションにより岩盤層上での震度を求め，これとアンケート震度から先に求めたサイト特性の影響を取り除いた震度との比較をすることによって，得られたサイト特性の妥当性を検討した。その結果，得られたサイト特性はー部地域を除いてほぼ妥当なものであることがわかった。

A questionnaire survey is carried out to investigate the distribution of seismic intensity in Osaka prefecture during the 1995 Hyogo-ken Nanbu earthquake. From this result, the effects of source, path and site characteristics on the seismic intensity distribution were examined and high intensity area and low intensity area due to site characteristics are picked up. To confirm a reliability of the site characteristics, the result of strong motion simulation on the bed rock using fault model is compared with the seismic intensity on the bed rock which is obtained by removing site characteristics from the questionnaire seismic intensity.
