兵庫県南部地震においては，震災の帯と呼ばれる地域で人的被害が著しく，また家屋の被害も激しいものであった．この震災の帯における被災特性を詳細に分析することは地域防災を構築する上で重要である．本論文では震災の帯に含まれる地域とそうでない地域における被災状況の差異を比較することで地域の特徴をとらえ，また震災の帯が的を得たものであるかを検証する．

In Hyogoken-Nanbu-earthquake,there were a lot of loss of human lives and damages to households in the area called a Seismic Disaster Zone. It is important to analyze damages in the Seismic Disaster Zone in order to establish a disaster mitigation plan. Present paper compares the area in the Seismic Disaster Zone with the area that isn't included in the Seismic Disaster Zone on damage conditions and understands characteristics of the areas and examine whether or not the Seismic Disaster Zone was appropriate to the view point of damage conditions.
