タイトル(和): 兵庫県南部地震による下水処理場基礎杭の被害状況とその考察
抄録(和): 兵庫県南部地震で被災した下水処理場の建て替え工事に際し、基礎杭の被害状況を調査する機会を得た。調査した PC 杭は 56 本で、すべての杭に杭体破壊、PC鋼線切断、クラックなど何らかの損傷が見られた。損傷の程度は、大きな残留変位の生じた運河護岸に近いところほど大きく、液状化に伴う側方流動が関係していることが類推された。液状化による剛性低下を考慮した自重解析により水平変位量を計算し、その変位から流動圧の算定を試みた。上部構造物の慣性力と流動圧を考慮した解析を行い、浅い位置での杭被害は上部構造物の過大な慣性力が原因と考えられ、深い位置でのそれは流動圧が原因と考えられる結果を得た。

タイトル(英): RESEARCH ON THE DAMAGE TO SEWAGE WORK'S PILES AT THE HYOGO-KEN NANBU EARTHQUAKE
抄録(英): On January 17,1995, the Hyogoken-Nanbu Earthquake struck Kobe City Areas. This paper deals with damage to Higashi-nada Sewage Treatment Plant. A direct inspection of their PC piles, during the restoration of the final sedimentation tank occurred cracks at pile surface, breakage of pre-stressing steel wires and overall breakage of pile body. The overall break-age of the pile was found only at the north-west corner which is located close to the revetment. Its revetment was thrust approximately 2 or 3 m to the Uozaki Canal. And then, the flow slide lateral pressure was calculated and supposed by lateral displacement based on the results of self-gravity analyses which were considered the reduction of shear modulus. As the results of numerical analyses, the mechanism of pile damage was supposed that the reason why the upper part of dam-ages was suffered by the horizontal force from superstructure and the lower part was occurred by the lateral pressure.
