タイトル（和）：	動的応答解析に基づく兵庫県南部地震時の木造建物被害の検証
抄録（和）：	本論では、1995年1月17日の兵庫県南部地震時の神戸市長田区について、地盤条件を加味して地震動の強さと本震による木造建物被害分布との相互連関性について検討を加える。木造建物を1質点系と見なし、本震時の記録波形を入力として動的応答解析を行い、木造建物の被害調査結果と比較する。降伏震度と工学的震度を考慮し、小破、中破、大破の被害確率を計算して地震時の被害率について論ずる。余震記録のスペクトル特性から、震度7の地区では 2 と 4Hz 近傍でピークがあり、木造建物の固有周期と一致するところがあり、従って地盤条件を含む地震時の入力特性と木造建物の振動特性から、大きな被害と結び付いたと考えられる。約半数の木造建物が昭和35年以前に建てられ、それらが大きな被害を受けたのであろう。

タイトル（英）：	AN EXAMINATION ON THE DAMAGE OF WOODEN HOUSES DURING THE HYOGO-KEN NANBU EARTHQUAKE, 1995, ON THE BASIS OF THE DYNAMIC RESPONSE ANALYSIS
抄録（英）：	We examine the relationship between the strength of the Hyogo-ken Nanbu earthquake, Jan. 17, 1995, and the earthquake damage distribution of wooden houses in Nagata-ku, Kobe, considering the soil conditions and structures of the site. By assuming the wooden houses to single-degree-offreedom systems, we can analysis them using the recorded accelerograms of the mainshock. Then, we compare the analytical results with the earthquake damage survey results. Considering the seismic and the technical seismic coefficients, we calculate the slight, the moderate and the heavy damage ratios and discuss on the damage ratio due to the Hyogo-ken Nanbu earthquake. We can find 2 and 4 Hz peaks from the aftershock spectrum. This would affect the heavy damage of the wooden houses, of which half of them were built before 1960.
