The result of the analysis of 1999 and 2001 survey showed; 1) shelters and temporary housings supplied by government were not the major options for victims to select their residence, 2) many victims who were forced to relocate needed housing information in earlier time stage than governments actually provided, 3)four types of housing information victims needed were (1)possibility of continuing to stay at their home (2)possibility of restoring their damaged houses (3)information about moving to new residence (4)information about financial resource.
