The seven elements model of socio-economic recovery from the Kobe Earthquake was formed as a result of the grass roots workshops in Kobe 5th year Assessment. The survey was designed based on that model. The result of analysis showed; 1) developing a scale measuring psychological assessment of life-restoration 2) searching the causality between the life-restoration scale and the seven elements of life recovery.
