Detection of Damaged Facilities Using Airborne Laser Profiler
|
´˜^i‰pjF |
It is important to judge how severe the damages are as soon as possible after earthquake in order to execute suitable emergency response. Remote sensing technologies have its own characteristics that they can gather information distributed in wide area rapidly. Therefore, we are developing the method to detect the damaged facilities by earthquake using remote sensing technologies. One of them is the airborne laser profiler. We study the possibility to detect the facility damages using it. This paper presents its application to detect the damaged bridge and quay in 2000 tottori-ken seibu earthquake and also shows its application to detect the carton objects supposing damaged facilities.
