タイトル（英）：	A GUIDE MAP FOR EARTHQUAKE DISASTER MANAGEMENT IN ORDER TO IMPROVE CITIZEN’S DISASTER CONSCIOUSNESS
抄録（英）：	In order to improve citizen’s disaster consciousness, we proposed the procedure to make a guide map for earthquake disaster management. Based on a scheme of crisis control, it is important for citizen to be aware of the danger and the necessity of preparedness. It is effective to present the danger information of the residential area by Risk Map. It is also important to show the information for evacuation, fire fighting and rescue activities. Therefore, we conclude that it needs to make 3 kinds of maps, Risk Map, Evacuation Aid Map, and Fire Fighting and Rescue Aid Map. By the questionnaire survey to the citizen, effectiveness of the maps is confirmed.
