ƒ^ƒCƒgƒ‹i‰pjF POST-EARTHQUAKE DAMAGE LEVEL AND REPAIR COST FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE SCHOOL BUILDINGS
´˜^i‰pjF In this paper, relationship between post-earthquake damage level and reparability of reinforced concrete buildings were discussed. From investigation on repair method for reinforced concrete school building damaged due to 1995 Hyogo-ken Nanbu Earthquake, most of the buildings suffered severe or more were demolished and rebuilt, while most of moderate damage or less were repaired. Total repair costs for the damaged buildings increased proportional to the structural damage level and were 10 percent or less of the cost for reconstruction. An approximated estimation of repair cost based on structural damages was carried out.
