タイトル(英): Application of Neural Networks to System Identification for Nonlinear Dynamic Characteristics of the Base Isolated Structures Using Recorded Seismic Response Data
抄録(英): The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of following two factors that affect the actual response of base isolated building during strong earthquake. 1) Interaction with respect to two-directional deformation in horizontal plane of the base isolation system. 2) Non-linear characteristics of the restoring force of base isolation system. In this paper, Neural Networks (NN) is applied to identify to two base isolated buildings. Based on the results of the identifications, effects of both two-directional interactions and non-linear characteristics of the restoring force are evaluated.
