タイトル(英): DESIGN PROCEDURE OF SOIL IMPROVEMENT AGAINT LIQUEFACTION CONSIDERING GROUND ISOLATION EFFECT
抄録(英): This paper describes design procedure for slurry or infusion types of soil improvement against liquefaction considering ground isolation effect. The centrifuge model tests and the numerical analyses on retaining wall were carried out to clarify the ground isolation effect caused by allowable sliding of improved rigid body during earthquake. Based on these model tests and numerical results, the design chart concerning the relationship between safety factor of sliding and sliding amount of improved body was presented. The design procedure of soil improvement was constituted combining above simple chart and conventional design procedure and in two types of soil improvement, resting on supported ground and leaving unimproved ground, volume of soil improvement was reduced to almost 50 to 60%.
