タイトル(英): VOLUME CHANGE BY DRAINAGE AFTER CYCLIC UNDRAINED TRIAXTIAL TEST
抄録(英): A lot of cyclic undrained triaxial tests, which measure volume change by drainage continuously performed, have been conducted with undisturbed soil samples so far. We considered about the effects which relative density presumed by N value and grain size property of sandy soils (some silty soil samples were included) had on the volume change. It turned out that 1) there was correlation between relative density and grain size property for natural soil deposits 2) the volume change depended on the maximal shear strain during the cyclic loading as previous studies 3) the volume change after the dissipation of excess pore water pressure ranged from 2% to 4% (3% on the average), 4) the volume change was influenced by relative density or grain size property.
