タイトル(英): EVALUATION ON SPT N-VALUE AND LIQUEFACTION RESISTANCE OF GROUND IMPROVED BY COMPACTION
抄録(英): The ground improved by compaction is generally evaluated by means of SPT N-values in-between piled, and liquefaction resistance is calculated from those values in designing. Furthermore it is confirmed from field data that the earth pressure coefficient K0 in between piles increases after installation, and is well known the liquefaction resistance increases as K0 increases because of increase in mean effective pressure. Thus these increase in N-values includes those by both density and K0 (double-count problem). In this paper rational designing method of compacted ground is proposed considering double-count problem and the quantitative proportion of the increase in both N-values and liquefaction resistance occupied those in K0 is also studied.
