タイトル(英): SHEAR PROPERTY OF SANDY SOIL UNDER LOW CONFINING CONDITIONS CAUSED BY UNDRAINED CYCLIC LOADING
抄録(英): In order to investigate large deformation characteristics of sand containing fines during liquefaction, triaxial drained compression tests are performed at low effective confining pressures. These low confining conditions are caused by undrained cyclic shearing after initial consolidation. The test results shows that stress-strain relation and dilatancy property of sample at low confining stress caused by cyclic shearing within small strain history are similar to that with isotropic unloading , and that stress-strain relation becomes a hardening typ and volumetric strain decreases with decreasing confining pressure. But if large amplitude of shear strain occur in cyclic loading, shear behavior is close to normally consolidated sample.
