Stochastic Green's function method for strong motion prediction is based on the spectrum with a target amplitude and stochastic phase. We have locked for an appropriate criterion on the Green's function at the source and an efficient method for synthesis of waves at observation sites. Our results show the effects of random variables on the peak values of strong motion are successfully eliminated.
