本研究は都市機能としての都市全体のライフライン機能に着目し,研究の背景となる既往研究での重点項目を確認し,ライフライン全体(電力・上水道・都市ガス・道路等)を一つの巨大システムとしてとらえ,都市と都市施設との側面からみて,その総合的な充足性やバランスの判断等から,総合指標ひいては耐震性の総合評価法の可能性についてフラクタル解析の適用する｡

This study pays attention to the lifeline function of the entire city as the city function.The emphasis item of the past which becomes the background of the research in the research is confirmed.The entire lifeline (electric power,waterworks,city gases,and roads,etc.) is caught as one huge system.On the city and the side with the city facilities,integrated index of the fractal analysis of the possibility of an earthquake-proof integrated evaluation method is applied from the overall fulfillment and the judgment of the balance,etc.
