Discrete wave-number method is extended to estimate rather long period ground motion in lateral isotropic and homogeneous multi-layered media.The reliability and applicability of the method are verified trhough simulation analysis of the 1983 Nihon-kai chubu earthquake.The method is applied to estimate ground motion in the near field of hypothetical Odawara earthquake.Horizontal displacement has maximum amplitude of 1 m when the rupture comes near and 0.2 m when it goes away.The results show the direction of the rupture propagation has significant effect on the response. キーワード（英）： Discrete wave-number method,Estimation of ground motion,Faulting model 記事区分： - 区分 　　　委員会論文集
