震後におけるライフラインの機能評価に関する研究では,各々のライフラインを個別にアプローチしてきた｡ライフラインは都市全体として重要な機能を有するものである｡都市防災という領域でライフラインの全体機能の耐震性を評価する研究の必要性がある｡本報告では,都市成長とライフラインネットワークの成長に着目し,過去の研究での重点項目を確認し,総合評価法の可能性を考察する｡(準備研究,方法論的研究)

In the research concerning the functional evaluation of lifeline systems after sever earthquake,each lifeline has approach individually.Lifeline systems is the one to have an important function as the entire city.There is a necessity of the study by which earthquake-proof of a whole function of lifeline systems is evaluated in the area of the city disaster prevention.This study pays attention to the city growth and the growth of lifeline networks.The possibility of the evaluation method is considered.
