円筒形石油タンクの耐震設計指針に対する一考察

抄録（和）：
目的:石油タンクの各種耐震設計基準のうち､API(米)および日本建築学会のものはタンク底板の浮き上り挙動に言及しているが､その取り扱いの妥当性を検討した｡要旨:著者らはこの挙動を詳しく調べるため､大型相似模型を用いた傾斜実験を実施している｡両基準の結果と実験結果との対応を調査した｡結論:両基準とも実験結果をクリアーに説明できず､検討すべき事項が残されていると考えられる｡

In the seismic design standords for oil storage tanks of ′API′ and ′Archtectural Institute of Japan′ the estimating method of compressive force in shell or ultimate strength against overturning moment is codified in consideration of base uplift.But the uplifting behavior is too complicated to grasp under simple assumptions.The authors discussed the validity of the standards comparing with the results of the static tilt tests conducted with a full-scale model and as results showed there are some problems in their standards.
