抄録（英）：
We obtained the responses of questionnaire surveys from 74 medical organizations in affected areas by Kushiro-oki earthquake. This report introduces damages, emergency responses to this earthquake and countermeasures of them. Then, we stated the examples of medical activities of two hospitals. In Ishikai hospital, abnormal centralization of patients occurred. And in Onbethu Town Hospital, a power failure occurred, and left some serious lessons in future. Then, we clarified the relations between damage ratios of various facilities and seismic intensities.
