On 15th January 1993, an earthquake with magnitude of 7.8 was taken place along 30 km on the shore lire of Kushiro-oki which is located in Hokkaido Island. The questionnuaire data together with other basic data of Kushiro City such as its geology , environment and public service data were collated to construct a comprehensive Database System.
