A method to evaluate everyday-life disturbance due to lifeline disruption caused by earthquake disaster has been presented ln order to quantify indirect effect to the entire users, the model used in this study incorporates time variation of user's perception of lifeline disruption as well as engineering aspects of post-earthquake performance of lifelines. On the basis of questionnaire investigation focusing on 1983 Nihonkai-chubu eathquarke, statistical relationship among users' post-earthquake inconvenience and lifeline disruption has been analyzed by employing the theory of quantification(II). The results obtained thereby are used for model identification. ƒL[ƒ[ƒhi‰pjF - ‹LŽ–‹æ•ªF - ‹æ•ª @@@ˆÏˆõ‰ï˜_•¶W
