抄録（英）：
The torsional vibration of the multi-story elasto-plastic building structure with eccentricity is analyzed due to earthquake ground motion, in this paper.The analytical model is considered 3-story torsional building supported 4 columns with different stiffness at each story. The effects of eccentric distance, cccentric position and exciting direction on the torsional responses are discussed in detail.It is pointed out that the effect of eccentricity appears at higher story than eccentricity exists at low story, and that the effect of eccentricity appears rather two direction excitation than one direction excitation.
