This report is the study on the properties of hysteresis and the seismic performance of 2-story wooden wall-frame constructions by static and dynamic structural analysis, static loading tests and pseudo-dynamic tests. And the compatibility of the proposed hysteresis model based on loading tests, vas certified by experiments and analysis.
