This paper introduces the experimental study carried out to estimate the seismic safety margin of a reinforced concrete high-rise building structure designed as the moment resisting frame with precast beams and columns. It was proven that these sub-assemblages maintained the enough strength and ductility at the large deflection angle of l/25rad. In the cause of the effect of the expansion of the beam column joint, the flexural yield strength of the beams with two layers reinforcement obtained by the experiment was larger than one of the calculated value by stress block method. The bond strength of the reinforcing bars in the beam column joint was increased by the confinement with the transverse beams. ƒL[ƒ[ƒhi‰pjF - ‹LŽ–‹æ•ªF - ‹æ•ª @@@ˆÏˆõ‰ï˜_•¶W
