A dynamic Impedance of a pile group foundation is required to analyze a dynamic behavior of a structure on the foundation. When an earthquake with acceleration level in aseismic design strikes the structure, the soil surrounding the pile shaft comes into nonlinear. The effect of the soil nonlinearity on the dynamic impedance has not been sufficiently examined, and this topic is just a purpose of this paper.
