From viewpoint of predicting strong earthquake ground motion, the relations between AR models fitted to the seismograms that were observed through vertical array instruments in soil-layers and spectral characteristics of the incident seismic wave to the bedrock are investigated. The following results are obtained. (1) The major principal variances of the innovations sequences obtained from the AR model fitting increase linearly with the power spectral intensity of the incident seismic wave to the bedrock. (2) The transfer function determined from the AR coefficients of the AR model represents not only the dynamical characteristics of the soil-layers structure under the seismograph but also shows the normalized spectral characteristics of the incident seismic wave. キーワード(英): - 記事区分 - 区分    委員会論文集
