Subsurface structures from source to Takada (TKD), Toyama (TOY) and Kanazawa (KAN) are estimated from the group velocities of the observed Rayleigh waves due to the 1993 Noto-hanto-oki earthquake. The observed waveforms at these stations are simulated using the Normal Mode Method based on the estimated multi-layered structures in the period range from 4 to 20 seconds. The synthesized waveforms are in good agreement with the observed ones at TKD. The duration time of the observed waves at TOY is long. The waveforms in the first half of the duration is well simulated, however, those in the second half of the duration can not be explained by synthetic waves. This suggests that the generation of later phases in the second half of the duration at TOY is strongly affected by 3D structure of a sedimentary basin in Toyama bay. キーワード(英): - 記事区分 - 区分    委員会論文集
