Seismic arrays were deployed to study the causes of spatial variation of high-frequency seismic motions in geologically different three sites; paleozoic rock, dilivium, and alluvium. Comparison was made for the spectral ratios and the cross-correlation coeffcients between the sites and the following conclusions are obtained. Sediments contribute the waveform variation above 3 Hz and the spectral ratios in the alluvial site considerably change within the array due to the irregularity of the alluvium and dilivium boundary and the horizontal inhomogeniety in the alluvium.
