抄録（英）：
On February 7, 1993, an earthquake with magnitude 6.6 broke out off the coast of Note peninsula. Intensity 5 in JMA scale was observed at Wajima, 4 observed at Itanazawa and Toyama. The authors did not obtain the maximum acceleration in Suzu where is the nearest city to the focus and suffered extensive damage. At first, The authors simulated ground vibration at Wajima and compared simulated ground vibration with records observed at Wajima JMA station. Secondly, the authors simulated ground vibration at Suzu. In result, the authors found that the difference of the maximum accelerations was occured by difference of ground conditions.
