抄録（英）：
Data of dynamic soil properties and site characterization are essential for seismic site response analyses. This information, however, is usually simplified and given as typical values for various soil layers. To check the validity of this approach, very precise estimations were performed in-situ as well as in the laboratory. The results showed that dynamic soil properties vary even within very thin layers. Therefore, recommendations are presented on ways to improve the analysis of the site response and on related further research.
