A method of stochastic interpolation is presented for estimation of power spectra of earthquake ground motions at any locations using recorded motions obtained at specific stations. The method of conditional simulation originally developed for time functions is applied to frequency processes of Fourier coefficients. Frequency-wise phase adjustment is proposed to obtain realistic interpolating power spectra. The method is synthesized in the context of time-frequency-quefrency-time lag relations. Numerical examples are shown using array records.
