抄録（英）：
Short-period microtremors are observed at the Midorigaoka-Mihara area in Kushiro where many soil damages were caused by the 1993 Kushiro-oki earthquake. It is shown that the mean S-wave velocity using the simple relation (T=4H/Vs) is about 200m/s for the soft ground at the Mihara-Kiba area. The predominant frequency in the north is higher than that in the south for the Midorigaoka-Musa area. Phase velocities are calculated at several array observation sites by the F-K spectral analysis and S-wave velocity structures of the Midorigaoka-Mihara area are estimated.
