The result of theory of physical planning used to minimize the vulnerability and risk levels in human settlementgives an approach to the first Directory Plan of Gran Mendoza The bases of these studies are supported by a seismic microzoning map to limit the soil hazardous areas. In addition to the Hazard Microzoning, the vulnerability and sensitivity studies give us the combined analysis of risk. from which it is possible to develop and apply policies and patterns of physical development in Gran Mendoza.
