抄録（英）：
The destructiveness of strong-motion earthquakes is for one mass structures with hysteretic discussed characteristics having strength deterioration. Through the dynamical analysis of one mass structures to the motions, response spectra are shown and two kinds of spectrum intensities are compared mutually. The results indicate that an attention must be paid to not only the maximum response values but also the accumulated response quantities of the hysteretic structures when the destructiveness of strong-motion earthquakes is discussed, and that the proposed spectrum intensity of the cumulative plastic flow response can be added to a new index for the destructiveness.
