The induction and the utilization of an orbit-spectrum which takes the nonstationary characteristics into account, in accordance with the strong motion accelerograms, has not been reported. Therefore, this paper, based on the orbit analysis of three-component seismic waves, is aimed at deriving three-dimensionally processed data by analyzing the nonstationary orbit-spectrum obtained through the multiple filter technique.
