抄録（英）：
Analytical method is presented to evaluate the response of the system with hysteretic restoring force characteristics subjected to random excitations. The procedure is based on the recent two knowledges for Kolmogorov approach(Fokker-Planck approach) ,Markov vector method and Characteristic function method. The reliability of the proposed analytical method is confirmed by the comparison with the Monte-Carlo simulation results.
