The dynamic response of soil layer considering the liquefaction phnomenon is numerically analyzed by the proposed simple method. It is presented that the partial differential equation which is parabolic and hyperbolic, govern the water flow and ground vibration during the earthquake shaking. In this study, the finite difference method is applied to approximate the governing equations. As a result, it is noted that the permeability of soil layer and the occurrence of the liquefaction have a large effect on the dynamic response of soil layers. ƒL[ƒ[ƒhi‰pjF - ‹LŽ–‹æ•ªF - ‹æ•ª @@@ˆÏˆõ‰ï˜_•¶W
