This paper describes on the earthquake observation on a deepwater platform and the ground. Total number of sensors are seven. Three sensors (vertical 1, horizontal 2) are set five meter under the sea bed, three sensors (vertical 1. horizontal 2) are set on the platform and the remaining one is set at the opposite point on the platform. Records of motions have been obtained for four earthquakes since March 1978 and those are analyzed to produce maximum values of acceleration, velocity and displacement. Frequency spectrums are also computed. These results are examined with the out put of the theoretical analysis. 1.
